Board of Directors

Our Board

MaRS Innovation’s Board of Directors draws from expertise within our members and from independent directors with relevant industry experience. The board provides crucial governance to MaRS Innovation as a whole and to several key business areas. The Investment Committee, for example, provides oversight to portfolio investment decisions.

The Networks of Centres of Excellence recognizes MI’s board structure for its high degree of accountability and for the rigour of its governance policies.
